Cellist & Entrepreneur

Ariana is a cellist, teacher, and lover of the arts. She is the cellist of the Carpe Diem String Quartet as well as a teacher, chamber music coach, and freelance performer. She is an avid proponent of new music and loves experimenting with different styles, including improvisation and folk music. Ariana grew up in Seattle, WA surrounded by a musical family and started playing chamber music when she was eight years old. When she is not on tour with the quartet, she is based in the DC area and is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher.
