Hello everyone! Due to the nature of my travel schedule, I’d like to build up my online studio so I can teach from wherever I am. Please fill out the “contact me” form if you are interested in private cello lessons or chamber music coaching. I will get back to you to discuss my rates and other details. An American Story Project

Update! The American Story video is now available to watch for free, on demand! I’d love to hear what you think of it.

I wanted to let you all know about a very unique project that Carpe Diem String Quartet is presenting on May 15, called “An American Story,” supported by PNC Arts Alive. This is an interactive multimedia production with original music composed and performed by the quartet and paired with stunning animation by Janet Antich. During this experience, you will follow our ancestors and make choices that determine their life's story. More information on www.cdsq.org.

New band!

So during this time of uncertainty a lot of us are trying to find meaning and fulfillment in our lives - which look different than they used to. I’ve been so lucky to have spent a good portion of the last few months in Seattle where my family is. Two of my good friends, musician sisters Hana and Maya Cohon, have also been in Seattle, and we decided to start a band together! We are the Pacific Crest Trio - follow us on Instagram to see what we’re up to, and subscribe to our Youtube channel!

I also had Hana and Maya on my podcast - it’s a great episode where they talk about how they got into folk music, and how it’s important to try new things! Here’s the episode for your listening pleasure:

Welcome back, friends. I’ve yet again made some changes to give my website a new look- let me know what you think! Still managing to stay relatively busy while social distancing. No rehearsals, concerts, or events, but I’m still able to teach my private students with video lessons. Spending a lot of time reading, cooking, walking, doing yoga, and chatting with friends and family. Sending my best to you all!
