Marin Alsop takes the podium to lead the Choral Arts Chorus and Orchestra in celebration of 18th-21st century British composers’ contributions to choral symphonic music, including William Walton’s epic Belshazzar’s Feast. The exalting voices of the Symphonic Chorus and the Choral Arts Orchestra come together for spectacular revelry. Musical titan Marin Alsop takes the podium for a program featuring the U.S. premiere of Roxanna Panufnik’s Coronation Sanctus, with the program culminating in William Walton’s mesmerizing Belshazzar’s Feast. Join us and rejoice in lyrical sounds and majestic fanfare.
